Do You Need Retirement Income Planning?
Most folks assume retirement income planning is just saving for retirement, but there is a lot more to it than that. It involves taking steps to make sure you have the financial wherewithal to fund, better than, 25 years of retirement.
Retirement income planning is a balancing act based on assumptions that may or may not hold true. And that is the biggest problem with it! Those assumptions could be wrong!!
After the downturn a lot of folks today, think the idea of retirement income planning as a cruel joke. And could it get worse? You bet it could! But here is the good news; although the situation is HOPELESS it isn’t serious. That might sound glib, but it isn’t–the world-wide financial system is in serious trouble and there may be a large correction. If that happens we all will suffer for a bit, deal with the situation just like out parents & grandparents did during the depression.
Fear is the big obstacle. Fear to change. Fear to try something new. Fear of failure. We become paralyzed because of job losses, the broken word of politicians, and the insistent greed from ‘Wall Street’. Those failures don’t mean we have to fail too. We can survive and survive well.
Interesting fact during the downturn all business across the world declined anywhere from 25% to 50% — except one; internet sales, which increased 17% during that awful time and they continue to increase as you read this.
Maybe your retirement nest egg was decimated and you are feeling despair, maybe your job was shipped to China and the outlook for re-employment looks bleak. Maybe all you could get was a minimum-wage part -time fast-food service job.
Well, now is the time to take serious look at using the internet for retirement income planning. You may have never considered this before, but you are looking for something–otherwise you won’t be reading these words.
Does planning an internet business solution for retirement years at first blush appear overwhelming? Secondly, isn’t the internet is filled with scoundrels and scams?
To be sure there are scams on the internet, but they lessen with each passing day due to a lot of honest hard-working folks building legitimate businesses on the net–providing quality information, service and products.
Your retirement income planning should include a thorough investigation of the business opportunities available for you on the net. And you don’t have to take risk by gambling on an unknown.
